Pending Home Sales - More bad numbers from October 

In a twist of another cyclical turn in the market, we have new numbers that further indicate the softening of the housing market. Is it surprising I think not you figure if anyone has a job or family members that begin the arduous school year, it becomes quite a burden to go and look at houses for the day or sign real estate contract? The only caveat that we have here that this is on the cusp of one of the better years for Realestate Price appreciation so therefore so many of us feel that this is a market top. Perhaps and perhaps not, I don't have the pedigree to be opinionated but if there is no outside influence from investment institutions or foreign entities one would thing your wage inflation or consumer debt would give you the scope of what is left for this market.
