I'm currently brainstorming ideas for a forthcoming project and seeking for inspiration.  What are the most prominent research subjects in real estate today?  I want something new and relevant that will have a significant influence.  Any suggestions for real estate thesis topics that are popular or have the possibility for further research would be much appreciated!
