So with all the housing market trepidation and the rise of home values nearly 50-100% where do I goeth sayeth the magic buyer, my pay is rising but the homes are to.. Lot's f articles on this because though we service the high-end homes, we want the best deal for all from the middle to the low Macheene will share the information as we get it.  For now, the map will highlight the median price range by area will go through this and understand what that could mean for the areas that you are looking or are potentially looking to jump to... The question do we have any California's and New York's or places in the midwest that could rise to levels nearer to the lower priced but beautiful safe havens such as Georgia, North Carolina, and Florida. 

Let's start with the high when your colour is RED you know your hot and very few placed own the distinction of having a median home price over $1 million dollars, the title GOES TO...

SAN MATEO and MARINE COUNTY AKA THE BAY AREA 
Median  Price: $1,050,000+ Median Price 
Thoughts: Do I need to say anything about this place, is it high priced depends on how many more startups and google 200K sales engineers they bring in. As mentioned the wage dictates the price and this has a lot of money flowing in. 



Santa Clara County areas 
Median  Price: $750,000+ $1,000,000 
Thoughts: This is just the San Francisco spill over let's be honest. Nothing more needs to be said 
 
Fairfax VA, Westchester, NY - California LA through San Diego, San Miguel Colorado, Kings County,WA, Summit County Utah, Teton County, Wyoming are some of the few places 
Median  Price: $500,000 - $750,000
Thoughts: More affordable than San Francisco and some say more entertaining but this is still playing with the big boys. However, where is LA's silicone valley or Westchester old money only lives so long, as done high paid movie directors thank you Netflix. Any more room for movement I'll let you think about it. Whats the next industry in these places 

South West Florida Counties/ Tri-State Area / Washington DC/ California/Colorado/Washington join the ball game 
Median  Price: $350,000+ $500000 
Thoughts: Oh year something you can touch, with areas that show big job growth with some industries however no sex appeal like the name of Los Angeles or Manhattan, can these areas stretch there legs once again I'll let you ask the question. At least there is a lot of jobs. 

Spread all across the U.S.A 
Median  Price: $150,000+ $350000 
Thoughts: Do any of these areas feel like a killerfornia, I am biased to Florida but the Orlando and Tampa area give the most potential. The Midwest is strong and should see a steady rise, the west coast is engulfed with these homes but where does that leave you probably in the middle of a Nevada Area 51 Alien tests and visiting Bill Gates dogs...No not Bill Gates but Bill gates dogs. 

Spread all across the U.S.A -mainly Midwest/South/Lower East Coast 
Median  Price: $150,00 and under 
Thoughts: If I am betting man some of these areas have some San Diego in them, these are my favourite still a potential for growth buy than hold on for the long ride.
