ROCKY BALBOA HEY ADRIAN I NEED YOUR HELP LAYING DOWN THE BRICKS MY HANDS ARE BROKE MY NAME IS HADRIAN 109 AT YOUR SERVICE YOU CAN STOP BOXING NOW!!!!!

We always talk about technological obsolescence. Gone are the days when you needed a burly 6’3 275 chiseled muscle man to divvy out the workload for a construction project. As time goes on, let’s face the music the more we can see how most of our current roles could be eliminated or changed into something else. See robotics are coming and not mainly to take jobs but to build better efficiency, more consistent quality, and a better bottom line with lower operational costs. As the goverment continues to push higher education so that we are all prepared for this transistion the folks at our engineering institutions continue to implement these new technologies. So I mentioned a couple things with regards to block technology see link below, so imagine this scenario buying a house on Monday and having it fully built by Friday. What and how could this happen:

Introducing Fast Brick 3D Robotics of the future::

I’ll start of with a quick video from their website demonstrating the act of building a home in structure in 2 DAYS!!!!!! To put it in man perspective the machine is 3 to 4x faster than a human being.

The Hadrian 109 the second iteration of the first coming of automated construction takes this brick laying phenomenon to the next level. Highlighting improvements in these areas

Load Cutting & Accuracy of routing
Maneuverability mobility
Safety concerns eliminated
Reduced operation times

That said the future is now for home construction or at least brick home construction, rollout is expected in early 2017.
